Course Description

Nursing informatics is a developing field that combines nursing science, computer science and information/decision science to support the delivery of nursing care. This course will provide an overview of nursing and healthcare informatics with the intent to familiarize the student with informatics as applied to nursing clinical practice, administration, research, and education.
